I'm a simple kid from the suburbs of Cleveland OH. I've worked in real estate since 2005, started investing in residential in 2009, got into apartments in 2012, and am now at 4,000+ units in my portfolio (I'm the GP & managing member on 3,900 of them).
I syndicate quite differently than traditional syndicators. I'm typically "all in" for 65% of the stabilized value, then refinance in 12-24 months at 70% LTV to pay off my bridge loan & pay back my investors. Then I keep the property long-term.
My short-term goal is to hit $1B in assets by end of 2022, and to manage a $1B investment fund by end of 2025.
