CEO of Synergetic Investment group with over 12 years of experience in CRE. Control over 1000 units with a value of over 40 million, including over 300 student housing beds. Limited partner in a 2 SFH home development worth over 48 million. LP in an entertainment business website development.

Run 3 REI clubs, one for the past 15 years. Coach and mentor CRE investors.

Have worked 9 years with various government agencies, 20 years as a teacher, 17 years in Information Technology (some of them concurrently).

I am a father of 3 adult children with five grandchildren.
