My name is Powell Chee, I live in Los Angeles. I'm a entrepreneur and real estate investor with all of my investments being out of CA. Two of my businesses are specifically in real estate investing: 1) Buying self storage facilities 2) Running global meetup group MultiFamilyMasters 3) Digital side hustles. I still have my day job.

I began investing in multifamily properties in 2017 with a 40 unit that I purchased in Indianapolis. Since then I've added over 1000 units in Dallas, ATL, JAX, SAT & PHX.
