Michael Le

Biography:

Michael Le is a full-time accredited investor who lives in Houston. For many years he owned an IT consulting company with Fortune 500 customers in the Oil & Gas and Financial verticals. He has transacted on $35M in multifamily deals and has raised $13M in equity capital from investors. Michael is developing a large 20 acre mixed-use complex that will have 30k sq ft in retail, 80k sq ft self-storage, and 300 unit Class-A multifamily apartment complex. Michael has invested in 4,534 units across 26 different properties. Additionally, he also owns single-family investment properties.

Michael is also currently in the process of getting his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a respected and globally recognized designation in the commercial real estate industry.
