Tim Davis

Biography:

My name is Tim Davis, I am 58 years old. I have been married to Sandi (my second wife) for 25 years and we have a blended family of 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

I have been working in construction and real estate since I was 16 years old. I bought my first rental property when I was 18 years old and have bought and sold many single family homes, small apartments and small commercial buildings over the last 40 years. I am currently a Florida licensed building contractor and a Florida licensed real estate broker. I own 2 real estate offices that focus primarily on managing property for real estate investors. We manage over 500 properties across central Florida from our 2 offices. I currently own personally about 60 doors (SFH, small apartments and some commercial). After joining the Warrior Program I invested as an LP in a 56 unit motel to multi-family conversion project. My property management company is also managing this property for the GP. I am excited to be a part of the Boardroom and hope to be able to add value to the other members.
