Biography:

Happily married for the last 21 years with 2 grown children and two grandchildren. Avid hunter and fisherman for the last 40 years.

Owned landscape company for 31 years, sold last year to retire(1031’d into another 60 units). Bought my first investment property in 2008. Learned a tremendous amount about real estate over the last 12 years, and continue to seek out and buy quality off-market opportunities.
