Raj Gupta

Biography:

My background is in private wealth management which means I managed investment portfolios for ultra-high net worth clients. I worked at some of the largest, most prestigious financial institutions in the world. I left the wealth management career three years ago in order to focus on scaling my real estate syndication business. I have been investing in real estate since 2008, having acquired properties in six different states. I run two single family debt syndications, but am primarily focused on larger multifamily acquisitions. I have gone full cycle on two multifamily deals generating returns in the 55-60% IRR range. I am an attorney by education and served in the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps on active duty for five years, and currently still serve in the Navy reserves. I live in Naperville, Illinois where I have resided since 1978
