Keri and Chris Bednarz

Biography:

Keri and her husband Chris are highly motivated, successful business entrepreneurs with over 14 years of investment experience in single-family, multi-family, commercial shopping centers, and raw land development. They are co-developers and co-owners of 135,000 sq ft of retail shopping centers, GP on over 1535 value-add multifamily units in two states and are currently developing over 15 acres of raw land. Keri partnered with Elevate Commercial Investment Group in late 2019 to manage communication between Elevate and its investors. She also helps support the education platform by curating content, handling investor inquiries, raising capital and facilitating meetings. Keri is passionate about sharing this opportunity with both active and passive investors.
