HECAS

This is the centralised application platform for PU 2/ Year 10 students ( those applying for Politeknik ) who wish to apply to courses found in :

• UBD

• UTB

• UNISSA

• Politeknik

• Ministry of Education Overseas Scholarship

When to apply to HECAS ?

When your A level results/ O level results ( around February ) are released you have 3 weeks to apply to the above institutions and scholarship through HECAS.

Advice from Career Centre :

• Do this in January before HECAS application opens

• You will need certain documents to be verified and submitted for your HECAS application.

• These documents are - IC, O level results, AS and A level results.

• Photocopy 3 sets of these. Stamp them with the verification stamp found in the library.

• These stamped photocopies then need to be signed/ verified by the college’s senior masters/ mistress.
