What is CGS (Career Guidance Session)?
CGS stands for any activity that the Career Centre organises to help our students find out more about career-related topics such as Scholarships, Professions, Higher Education, etc.
How do I attend CGS?
Attendance to these sessions are often on voluntary basis and have limited seating. Students may register to attend by sign up sheets placed outside the Career Centre. When these sessions are announced, sign-up opens soon after and sheets removed as soon as they fill up. Announcements are made through class monitors and CSTs.
Where are CGS held?
These sessions are normally conducted on-campus, but sometimes out-of-school trips are organised to attend workshops or conduct visits.
The CGS 1 on 1 is a compulsory individual consultation between all Pra-U 2 students and career advisors.
