How to get sound from the big speakers
In order to use the big sound system for optimal sound and the camera on top of the SMART Board, please choose the following setting for the TEAMS call:
click on the three dots (three icons left of the phone receiver in the call menu)
for “Audio Devices” - “Speakers” please select “Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
choose the camera “REDCAM RC-250”
Don't forget to turn on the mixer left of the computer (see below) and adjust the volume level to your liking.

First, turn on the SMART Board, then choose HDMI 2 as source for the video input (by pushing the button indicated above), and then use the touch monitor of the board to pick HDMI 2. Good luck and thank you for helping out!
