Chapter 6: Retrieving promotion reports for promotions created
There are 2 methods know if your promo has been successfully created: via (1) Email or (2) CWF seller portal.
(1) Email
You will receive an email notification upon successful submission.
(2) CWF seller portal
CWF seller portal > Click on “Reports” > “Promotion Report”
Select the appropriate filters (Form No., SKU No., SPC, Status, or Promo Start Date) and click "Generate Report" to view the status.
Details of the SKU no., SPC, Promo Price, Promo Start Date/End Date and SKU creation status are displayed.
*If no filters are selected all Promotions created to date will be displayed.
