Chapter 4: Introduction to the Seller Portal
For information on login, and navigating our Seller Portal, please click on the drop drown menus below.
FairPrice Marketplace Seller Portal Dashboard
Upon clicking on the link to the login page found in the email notifying you of your Seller Account creation, you will be brought to this login page.
Login with the credentials mentioned in the email.
Once login is successful, you will be greeted with this landing page.
To access the FairPrice Marketplace Seller Portal, click on the tile named 'Marketplace Dashboard'.
This ‘Marketplace Dashboard’ is where you can manage your FairPrice Marketplace online store.
Going from top to bottom of the navigation side bar:
Create your SKUs here under the Article Creation tab.
Update and maintain your SKUs and images under the SKU Maintenance tab.
To create promotions, click on the Promotions tab.
To view and update inventory, as well as see the hide/show status of your SKUs on our website, click on the Inventory Status tab.
To main your store’s closure dates, use the Operations -> Pickup Details tab.
For useful reports such as, Article Creation Reports, Promotion Reports, Seller Analytics Reports, click on the Reports drop down.
Clicking on Help Centre, will bring you to this Seller Pulse page, where you can learn more about Marketplace
The Download SKU button download a list of SKUs that you have created on our platform, with details such as Supplier Product Code and RSP.
Our Category tree can be accessed by clicking on the Category button.

In the event you would like to create sub-accounts for multiple users please refer to the guide on this page by clicking on the link HERE.
NOTE!
*Sub-accounts created will not be able to:
- access seller analytics and sale breakdown reports
- create other sub-accounts
*Admin accounts can be identified with the login ID 'admin@<vendor code>' or 'admin__<vendor code>.
