Onboarding with FairPrice Marketplace

Step 1:
New sellers interested in selling on FairPrice Marketplace should express interest via the 'Registration of Interest' Google Form with your proposed product price list and contact information. If we reached out to you, please email us your product list.

Step 2:
Your proposed products & prices will be reviewed by our Seller Acquisition team. If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an information session online on Google Meet to learn more about partnering with FairPrice Marketplace.

Step 3:
To confirm your interest and discuss further, please request a seller meeting with our Seller Acquisition Team by submitting the 'Confirm your interest' Google Form. At the seller meeting, we'll be discussing your proposed products, commission %, and your preferred operational model. 

Step 4: 
After our partnership details have been agreed, you'll receive a seller onboarding email with instructions on how to submit your Marketplace onboarding documents. At the same time, you'll also receive store banner guidelines & templates so that you can create the artwork for your e-store. 

Next, you'll receive an invitation to attend our New Seller Incubation webinar where you'll be trained on how to manage your Marketplace e-store, including how to upload products and fulfill daily orders. There'll be a quiz to complete at the end.

Step 5:
Once your onboarding documents have been approved by our FairPrice Finance team, and you have successfully passed the New Seller Incubation quiz, your Marketplace Seller Portal account details will be emailed to you and you can start listing your SKUs to go live on FairPrice Marketplace!
