Characters begin at level 3 with a stat array of 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8 before racial or other bonuses. This is non-negotiable.
Additionally, new players begin with 15 days of downtime, as well as 30 extra gold and a free potion of healing.

Players whose last character died or retires can create their new character at one level below their current level at the lowest XP for that level. No new character can be beyond level 10 by this rule.
Additionally, if the new character is beyond level 3, they gain gold equal to 10 times their last character's level, and downtime equal to 10 times their last character's level.
We use the Avrae bot for rolling and character management. Hence, your sheet should be in one of the following formats. Ping game masters for examples of each sheet, as well as help with making a character sheet.
This is a quick breakdown of racial legality in the three primary settlements. When making a character, it is important to know whether a certain settlement is likely to act hostile towards them. K.O.S. is an acronym for kill on sight, and these races would likely be feared and killed for intruding on a town. C.O.S. is similarly an acronym for capture on sight, and means that rather than being executed, you are likely to be apprehended and either made into a slave or relocated to a different area. F will be used to denote races that are considered legal but may be feared or treated weirdly especially by locals.
Races who may be persecuted in a region can mitigate this through disguises or concealment. It is recommended they do not employ racial features in public, and try to avoid situations that may reveal their physical or mental likeness to their kind.
