Waterside

Description

Waterside is a tiny thief player home conveniently located by the dock at Honeyside outside of Riften. It is suitable for a survival playthrough using Frostfall, Campfire, iNeed, etc., or serve as a small home if you don't feel like buying Honeyside. The home is free, and you will find a hatch at the back of the horse stall to get inside.

Inside you'll find all the main crafting stations (cooking, baking, an anvil, workbench, grindstone, tanning, a mini smelter, alchemy, and enchanting) and storage for all your crafting supplies. There is a good bit of food storage, containers for all your unique loot, books, journals, notes, gems, jewelry, clothing, and a few knickknacks. A shrine of Nocturnal is also in the home, along with a shortcut to the Ragged Flagon, and a special necklace.

You can toggle your fire and candles on/off, and the outside lighting by the stall is set to be off during the day (give it 24 ingame hours to kick in).

Outside is a stall for your horse, and plenty of markers for your dog if you have one, but not for followers since the home isn't big enough for any. There is a fast travel marker once you discover the home, a garden with 48 Hearthfire planting soils, some harvestable veggies, a wood chopping block, and a few hens and nests.

This home is very tiny and designed for the lone player so there are no plans to include another bed, nor do I plan to enlarge it at all. It does provide a way into the city without going through any gates, and is fully navmeshed so you can leave a follower there if you prefer. Hope you like it!
