Changes to the exterior; 

Layout ~ no change 

Lanterns in town ~ now turn on at 5 pm and off at 6 am. Will have some conflicts with Lanterns of Skyrim! I will try and figure out how to patch it, but I'm not making any promises. Give them 24 in-game hours to set properly. 

Stores ~ no change except flora added outside of the alchemy shop, some insects, and a few fish traps. 

Player Home ~ I changed the crafting deck into an outdoor seating/relaxing area, added some chickens and nests, and 18 Hearthfire planting soils to the porch along with a small veggie garden. I also added rocks around the pond and a swing (for the kids) beside the small pond and two more play markers. 

Horse stall added to the front of the inn for anyone who wants to use the town but is playing with survival mods so they have a stall for a horse if they ride one. 

Tannery ~ I've added a working tannery mock-up between Alvor's and the bridge, with two npcs who work there during the day. They are not vendors ~ but they and Alvor interact between the two work areas making things look appropriately busy. They sleep in the bunkhouse built into the lumber mill, and there are two extra beds in there if you need them for followers. Alvor's work area has been changed to include a cooper's work bench (just for aesthetics) and has a working mini smelter attached to the forge. Tanners and coopers were crafts that should have been in the original game in my opinion, and part of the crafting process. 

Child schedules - all three of the children Gerheardt added now play in various areas around the town (the swingset, the seesaw, and follow Frodnar at times). Their home/sleep schedule is the same. Best of all, you will occasionally get to see Frodnar sweeping up around the town instead of just trying to think up new ways to prank people lol! 

Hod and Gerdur's house ~ deleted the vanilla cow and added two milkable cows, a dog house for stump, and a horse for the mill's wood cart (Gerdur owns him). Stump is now 'essential' and sleeps in his doghouse instead of sitting in the road all night. 

Seafood ~ added fish traps and net 

Bully Goat ~ hangs outbetween Sven's and the Bakery. He may grumble at you if you run into him or attack him lol. 

Lumber cart added near mill 

Play areas for children ~ seesaw near mill, swings near player home. 

Changes to Interiors; 

All store interiors have been redone with appropriate items displayed (all static!!). While I used some resources, I did keep things mostly 'vanilla' with the exception of the refrigerated cases in the bakery and the fish and seafood store, and some décor. There isn't anything much that can be stolen now (which makes my thiefy character sad). 

Version 2 also changes the interior of Lucan's store and the Sleeping Giant Inn. The inn has the same scripting for food at each table. A lot of people use mods that change those, so you have a choice. Download one or the other, not both! 

Player home ~ you get the key/s the same way. The key on the porch can be found in the flower pot on the porch now, and the other one is still found when you loot Gundar's body in Helgen. 

The entire interior has been redone. There is a kitchen with plenty of named storage, a cooking pot and baking surface (requires the fire being lit), a study with a desk, bookshelves for all of the lore books and all of the skill books, all shrines, 2 children's beds, 2 follower beds, and a well rested player bed (will give lover's and children's benefits as well). 

In the player bedroom there is a hatch to a sub-basement with all of the crafting stations (anvil, workbench, grindstone, tanning rack, mini smelter, alchemy, and enchanting) with storage, more bookshelves, and display areas for the paragons and the bug jars (on top of the bookshelves), Elder Scrolls, Dragon Priest masks and claws, Ysgramir, Dragonstone, Horn of Jorgen Windcaller, and the Dragon burial map. 

The lighting in the home will change periodically throughout the day and night, some candles and chandeliers will be off at times, the table is set with food which will appear on plates when someone sits there (script courtesy of Kriemen), and there is running (on/off) water in the kitchen and the bathroom. The lighting will take 24 in-game hours once you enter the first time to 'set'. Both fireplaces and the fire pit can be lit or banked as you prefer using the tinder bundle near each one. 

The home and deck are Frostfall compliant. If you are using an ENB I can't guarantee what sort of lighting the home will have. I don't use any and the home is lit with vanilla lighting. 

Note on lighting ~ this is not a 'brightly lit home'. It's a farmhouse with two rows of teeny windows at each end, and a basement with no windows so the lighting is appropriate. 

Install with your mod manager, and make sure Extras is below Gerheardt's Riverwood in your load order. I can't recommend uninstalling during a play through, nor do I know what effect it may or may not have on your game.
