Fy Nyth is coming very soon


Welcome to Fy Nyth (pronounced Fa as in Fa la la la la ~ neath as in beneath) meaning 'little nest'.

The purchase price for the home is $20,000 septims, just slightly more than the total cost of Honeyside … but with more bang for your bucks. You can fast travel to it right away.

Fa Nyth is a family home in the Rift with room for yourself and a spouse, four followers, and six children. Both the follower room and child's bedroom can be toggled off if you prefer not to use them.


Features

It features all of the crafting stations;

Workbench, crucible/smelter (use the tongs to toggle on or off), grindstone, tanning rack, and an anvil.

There is also an alchemy bench, arcane enchanter, staff enchanter, and a spider imbuing chamber along with storage for all of your crafting needs.

In the kitchen you can use the hanging ladle to toggle your cooking pot, the bellows to toggle your oven, and a grain mill and butter churn are also available.

All of the fireplaces can be toggled on and off.

In the child's bedroom, there is a button on top of the aquarium pump that allows you to disable the water sound if it annoys you. Your fish won't die if you turn it off lol!

There is plenty of storage for all of your stuff located throughout the home, and one respawning trash can in the crafting room.

There are bookshelves to hold all of your books, as well as two book containers in the crafting room for skill books and spell tomes.

Outside you'll find a fire pit with swings, a wood chopping block, a stable with a marker for your horse along with a milkable cow and chickens.

The garden has plenty of harvestibles and some Hearthfire planting soils.

In addition, you will find areas to display your Dragon Claws, Dragon Priest masks, Black Books, Bug Jars, Elder Scrolls, Thieves Guild items, and all of the Amulets around the home.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and in your bathroom you'll find a basket beside the sink that will allow you to turn auto strip on and off ~ your choice.

The home is fully navmeshed and optimized. Although it has a LOT of décor and other items, I am running a solid 60 fps with all of the items displayed, all the bookshelves filled, and 3 followers and 6 children running around. There are plenty of idle markers indoors and out so you have a lively homestead to come home to.
