Fischinook

 

Description

Fischinook is a small home built on a raft on the southern shore of Lake Ilinalta (near Half Moon Mill), suitable for a lone player and a spouse, or a single follower. 


Features

This is a tiny home, but it comes with big features. 

Along with plenty of safe storage, you have access to all the main crafting (cookpot, oven, anvil, workbench, grindstone, tanning, a mini smelter, alchemy, and enchanting). 

There are two garden areas; a mushroom garden under the trellis, and a large one on the roof. 

There is also a fish hatchery and a stable for your horse. 

There are a few chickens and nests in the roof garden area (and a diving board!). The chickens are immortal, and they occasionally go swimming. Its a chicken thing. 

The home is very well suited for players who hunt vampires as it comes with a new weapon, a new spell, and a new potion. There is a note on the table that explains them ~ and if you liked Buffy the Vampire Slayer and/or Angel, you'll probably be a bit amused or happy here. 

The home is free, even though it comes with a lot, and I hope you enjoy it. 

If I get enough requests I'll add a version with Real Shelter (NOT required for SSE!), and it is Frostfall compatible. 

There is also plenty of room on shore to set up a campsite if you use Campfire and have several followers. 

There is a lot in the cell, but not as much as most city cells. If you can walk into Whiterun without problems, your computer should be able to handle this home. Enjoy!
