Dunwurkin Farm is a player home just east of Whiterun, across the road from Battleborn farm. 

It is for sale for $10,000 septims. 

I'm uploading three versions; one that is Hearthfire compatible (use TMPhoenix Multiple Adoptions to bless the home) and includes a guest house with 3 bunk beds (room for up to 12 followers if you use “My home is your home” to split their sleeping/working hours). The guest house currently has a dog (Hunter) and two 'free' horses.

The second version is Hearthfire compatible but has no guest house. 

The third is not Hearthfire compatible and swaps the child's bedroom to a room for two followers. There is no guest house with the third version. 

The main home has room for two children (requires TM Phoenix's Multiple Adoptions to bless the home) or a follower's room, a 'farm' kitchen, a master bedroom suite, running water in the kitchen and bath, displays for your Elder Scrolls, Paragons, Dragon priest masks, the claws, College of Winterhold items, the Companion's items, and the bug jars (outside on shelves above the alchemy bench). 

There are bookshelves for all of the books, and the home is Frostfall compliant inside and out. 

Outside there is a garden and greenhouse with harvestables and 122 Hearthfire planting soils, a barn with milkable cows, chickens and nests, as well as a friendly little orphaned crab who is now on your side. 

There is a crafting deck with an anvil, a workbench, a grindstone, tanning rack, mini smelter, and enchanting, and a woodchopping block. 

The home has plenty of named storage both inside and out, and places for your mead barrels if you use Hearthfire Extended, along with a brewing vat. If you are using Hearthfire Extended, swap out the apiaries and butter churn for the working models. 

There are plenty of idle markers inside and out for your family and followers. I hope you enjoy it, and please let me know if you find any bugs or issues, otherwise there will be no further changes to this mod. 

I play with the mod, The Great Whiterun Forest. The farm and the forest 'can' work without a patch if you place the farm lower in the load order and use Jazonz to move between 10 and 15 trees (those in the pasture are optional imo).
