The NJROTC Physical Training (PT) Team is a motivated and disciplined group of cadets focused on achieving peak physical performance while representing their unit with pride. Members train regularly through structured workouts that include running, calisthenics, strength training, agility drills, and endurance challenges. The team participates in local, regional, and sometimes national competitions, where events test speed, strength, teamwork, and mental toughness. Beyond competition, the PT Team fosters a culture of camaraderie, resilience, and goal-setting, encouraging cadets to push past their limits and support one another. Through consistent training and dedication, cadets develop not only improved physical fitness but also leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of accomplishment that carries over into all aspects of their NJROTC experience.Â
