Home of the Trojan Armada
We recommend Cadet PO3 Zuzart for Trojan of the Month because of her consistent leadership and dedication to our Team. Cadet Zuzart continues setting a high standard for her peers through excellent proficiency in all areas of leadership and a constant willingness to volunteer for service. Cadet PO3 Zuzart also shows great initiative by mentoring younger cadets, truly embodying our program's core values.
Petty Officer Second Class Don Pham has really done a 180 since the beginning of the Second Semester. After jumping into a leadership position, he has really demonstrated what it means to be a Cadet in JROTC, what it means to be a citizen of the country, and what it means to do your best as a student. Pham's recent performance in the Advanced Leadership Training, has solidified our intention to move him into a leadership position next school year. The thing about Pham that is never in doubt is how much he cares. And for that, he is our Trojan of the Month.
Cadet Chavez has stepped big time in JROTC. She is not only a student, she is a TA for JROTC, and she is second in command to lead drill teams. She recently became the leader of our youngest and newest Cadets of Rancho Milpitas Middle School. Chavez is smart, dedicated, kind, thoughtful, direct, and impactful.
Led our Color Guard during our Area Manager's Inspection. A quiet professional that leads by example. In his 5th year at JROTC, he is focused on leaving a legacy for others to follow.
