Together, these cadets ensure that all operations, activities, and administrative functions run smoothly while upholding the highest standards of discipline, teamwork, and excellence. Each department plays a vital role in the unit's success.

OPERATIONS - The Operations Department is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all NJROTC events and activities. This includes managing the unit’s calendar, ensuring smooth execution of drills, ceremonies, and competitions, and maintaining communication between cadets and staff. The department ensures that every event runs efficiently and aligns with the unit’s goals and Navy standards. Operations plays a key role in keeping the unit organized and mission-ready at all times.

ADMINISTRATION - The Administration Department keeps the NJROTC unit organized and efficient. SUPPLY - The Supply Department oversees all uniforms, equipment, and inventory within the NJROTC unit. Their responsibilities include issuing and maintaining cadet uniforms, tracking gear, and ensuring that all materials are accounted for and in good condition. The department also manages ordering new supplies and keeping storage areas organized. Supply plays a vital role in keeping the unit well-equipped and inspection-ready.

Public Affairs ensures the story of NJROTC is told with pride and accuracy.
