The Operations Department is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all NJROTC events and activities. This includes managing the unit’s calendar, ensuring smooth execution of drills, ceremonies, and competitions, and maintaining communication between cadets and staff. The department ensures that every event runs efficiently and aligns with the unit’s goals and Navy standards. Operations plays a key role in keeping the unit organized and mission-ready at all times.
