Rocky 8 could use lots of disk space in your HOME directory due to running a file indexer called baloo. The latest VDI image removed baloo so you may want to rebuild your VDI if it is older. You should also remove the cache baloo created by running the following:
rm -fR ${HOME}/.local/share/baloo

POWER_UP_DRV_DISABLE_L Input Core 0 AVDD_CORE Active low digital signal to disable the driver
during power-up. When this pin is low, the
driver is disabled to prevent bus contention
with external devices that may be in an
active or unknown state during power-up. If
this capability is desired, the pin should be
tied to the NJ_IN of the reset pad. If this
capability is not required, the pin should be
tied high to AVDD_CORE for normal
operation
