ou can run a subset of corners by overriding the active corner Tcl lists using this file: '$GEV_FSCRIPT_DIR/dmsa_sta_custom_scenarios.blk.tcl'. Here is a sample:
set TVAR(ss,active_rc_corners,no_od_125) {rc_wc_cc_wc_T_125}
set TVAR(ff,active_rc_corners,no_od_125) {rc_wc_cc_wc_125}
set TVAR(ss,active_rc_corners,no_od_minT) {}
set TVAR(ff,active_rc_corners,no_od_minT) {}
Note that a list must be defined for every corner that would normally be run in the flow, in order that the default list is overridden with an empty list (forcing no corners). If you don't define a needed empty list, then you'll get all the RC corners for that PVT.
Caveats:
make sure you rename your original 'dmsa' directory so that your original run is not overridden by the followup run
I currently do not have a recommendation for combining two separate dmsa runs into comprehensive reports, as is done inside a single DMSA run. You'll have to look at detailed corner reports for the new run for outliers.
You can contact me directly if you have any problems with this.
To your other point, I do not see the use of this file well documented on our Timing Methodology Wiki.
