Nokia to provide following inputs for FUNC ECO :
a) NOKIA has to provide an ECO TCL file to be sourced at the post layout stage in innovus.
b) NOKIA to implement FUNC ECO on post DFT netlist and provide netlist . BRCM to use it as golden netlist for postDFT vs PostLayout formal verification
c) NOKIA to provide FUNC ECO preDFT netlist .BRCM to use it as golden netlist for preDFT vs postDFT formal verification
d) NOKIA to update “WATERMARK” in above netlist
e) NOKIA to conform on below formal verification
1.RTL vs preDFT
2.RTL vs postDFT
STEP3:
a)BRCM to implement ECO in invs.
b)Formal verification by BRCM
a)preDFT vs postDFT
b)postDFT vs postLayout
c)All signoff checks to be done including TRC

PreDFT & PostDFT netlists provided by Nokia will be used only for formal equivalence and not for actual P&R flow.
BRCM : PreDFT and post DFT netlist provided by Nokia will be used as Golden netlist during formal verification
BRCM will source changelist.tcl using innovus to any stage either PostDFT/PostCTS/PostRoute as needed.
BRCM : The preDFT and post layout changes will not be the same . Nokia has to provide the changes.tcl to be sourced in postLayout netlist for making formal clean
BRCM will also take care of all necessary DFT structure changes in this PostECOed netlist to cater DFT needs for modified logic.
BRCM : DFT related changes will be made at our end. Final post layout netlist will be provided to Nokia for functional integrity check .
