The purpose of this site is to basically set out a list of rules for commenting and interacting with myself on YouTube (and only YouTube, if I wish to update this or create a separate list of rules for other services, I reserve the right to do so!) which will protect yourself, myself and ensure that everybody is looked after on my channel.
Please report it to myself or my team. You can report mistreatment/abuse to Vortex, who look after my channel comments.
Now I'm not going to bore you with all of the contractual language you normally see in terms, policies and the Terms and Conditions of my submissions policy, available here, so this is going to be a chatty policy, which will aid everybody in understanding how lenient I will be if nobody breaks this policy!
I expect the same out of all my viewers, irrespective of who they are, where they are, where they come from, and what they're here to do. These rules also apply in exactly the same way, irrespective of if you are subscribed, a donator, a paytreon, or a "foreign viewer" (meaning you are not subscribed, and do not donate or pledge)
This is the full list of rules:
You are not allowed to hate on somebody due to their features. This includes, but is not limited to: their nationality, their gender (including transgender, and non-binary genders), marital status, race, style, language and religion.
You are not allowed to use language towards anybody (not just myself) which could be deemed as derogatory, including with the intention to be (although not limited to): annoying, harassing, threatening, intimidating, racist, homophobic or just plain stupid)
You are not allowed to discriminate on my channel, social media platforms, or any online (or offline) presences. You must also understand that I will report any violation to the police if necessary.
If you know me in real life, you are no more important.
You must not advertise another video, channel, online presence or URL Web Address (Uniform Resource Locator) in my comments on any social media site, including but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, Instagram, Snapchat, Vimeo and my website without my permission.
You must not download, torrent or illegally obtain in any way my content without my permission. Not only is this damn right disrespectful, this is also illegal. You're violating my copyright, after all (which is detailed in the description of every video)!
You must have fun.
You must be respectful.
You must treat others how you would like to be treated yourself.

There is no geographical jurisdiction as to where this policy is in effect.
There is no time limit from as to when this policy is in effect.
There is also no limit as to how much fun you can have from my online presence, if you really want to. I just ask you respect the very few (10, in fact - I just counted) rules I expect everybody to abide by.
Max Playle or any authorised representative reserves the right to terminate anybodies access to Max Playle's online presence without reason. This will normally, however, be due to a violation of these terms.
