John 3:16-21 (KJV)
For God So Loved The World
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Matthew 1:18
Mary is Pregnant Through the Holy Spirit
18 This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.
John 10:22-30
Jesus and His Father Are One
22 Then came the Festival of Dedication at Jerusalem. It was winter, 23 and Jesus was in the temple courts walking in Solomon’s Colonnade. 24 The Jews who were there gathered around him, saying, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly.”
25 Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, 26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.” 31 Again his Jewish opponents picked up stones to stone him, 32 but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?”
33 “We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods”’? 35 If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside— 36 what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37 Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38 But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”
The term begotten is a term normally used between a man and a woman when they bring a child into existence by the process of reproduction...And it is written this is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit...Jesus is called and it is written in Scripture that Jesus is God's Only begotten Son, and His mother was impregnated by the Holy Spirit of God...Jesus is God’s “One and Only” Son...So Scripture tells us that Jesus is uniquely God’s One and Only Son...And by saying that Jesus is God's Only Son we can see that Jesus shares the same Divine Nature as God...Whereas followers of God and His Only Son may be children and called children of God, Jesus is unique because He is begotten from God and the Holy Spirit...Jesus shares the same nature of God, His Father...So it is not unusual that Jesus often speaks openly about His Father, and He regularly calls God, His Father, or just Father...
Jesus does the works of Father and the works He does in His Father's Name and His works thus testify about Him...And Jesus even furthers this "One and Only Begotten Son of God" words in Scripture by saying He is One with God and that God is One with Him...
The Old Testament talks about a Messiah to come from God to earth...And it is mentioned by many times by the prophets...So, a Messiah did come from God and fulfill Old Testament Prophecy, and fulfilled the Scriptures...And the Messiah was born with the help God and the Holy Spirit...And by Jesus coming, we have the Trinity of God...We have God the Father, Jesus, the Only begotten Son of God, and we have the Holy Spirit, who impregnated the virgin Mary, Jesus' mother...So we have these Three Divine Entities, which make up the Trinity... And these Three, of the Trinity make up the Saving Grace Doctrine of the Christian Religion...
But some did not believe then, and some do not believe in the Trinity today...When Jesus heard the Jewish unbelievers He said, “I did tell you, but you do not believe...The works I do in My Father’s name testify about Me, but you do not believe because you are not My sheep...My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of My hand...My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand...I and the Father are one.”...Again His Jewish opponents picked up stones to stone Him, but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father...For which of these do you stone Me?”...“We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because You, a mere Man, claim to be God.”...But this would not be blasphemy is one believes that Jesus is the Messiah of the Old Testament and is God's begotten Son...Jesus, His Father, and the Holy Spirit gives us the Saving Grace Doctrine and His followers eternal life, and His followers shall never perish...
