Math Amazing Race is an action-packed, station-based challenge where eight teams compete to finish eight math-related tasks as quickly and accurately as possible. Each station features a problem-solving activity, puzzle, or hands-on challenge designed to test teamwork, logic, creativity, and mathematical skill. The first team to complete all stations and cross the final checkpoint wins the race!
The event will have 8 participating teams, each composed of 3–5 members (or as set by organizers).
There are 8 stations, each with a unique math challenge such as puzzles, problem-solving tasks, measurements, pattern decoding, or logical games.
Teams begin simultaneously at different starting stations to avoid congestion; the sequence of stations is assigned randomly.
Teams must solve the challenge at each station before receiving a stamp or pass card from the station facilitator.
Only after completing and verifying the task may the team move to their next station.
Running is allowed, but teams must observe safety and avoid causing accidents or disturbances.
Facilitators may impose time penalties for incorrect answers, rule violations, or failure to complete a task properly.
Teams must complete all 8 stations and return to the final checkpoint to stop their official time.
The team with the fastest overall time, including any penalties, will be declared the Champion of the Math Amazing Race.
In case of a tie, a sudden-death challenge (mental math or logic puzzle) will be conducted.
All participants must demonstrate teamwork, honesty, and sportsmanship throughout the race.
