Fellowship brunch

Today (29 Dec 2019) marks the end of my personal original commitment.

In November, as part of my personal plan to combat mental health, depression, loneliness, and to address seasonal affective stuff, I personally committed to showing up and treating myself to brunch. Once per week, no matter what, I would go. This will be 6/6 I created an opportunity to connect.

Accounting: (approximate)

• 2 hours at each event: 12 hours

• Networking with T’s: 3 hours

• Promoting/encouraging: 6 hours

• Conversations/questions/fielding opinions about the event: 12 hours

• Time spent doubting myself: 600 hours

• Time worrying nobody will come: 300 hours

• Time recovering from the positive benefits of being wrong: 48 hours per event

• Time trying to find other reasons to do more: 1000 hours.

So worth it. Here’s to actions!
