Book 2 Chapter 2.
The HUMAN Son of God BECAME the DIVINE Son of God!
In chapter 1, we learned that the phrase, “the Son of God” means BOTH the HUMAN Son of God and the GLORIED Son of God.
In other words, I believe that the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us the Jesus was the HUMAN Son of God before the cross and resurrection who then BECAME the Divine Eternal glorified Son of God with POWER and all authority AFTER the cross and resurrection.
And at the end of chapter one, I pointed out that if you are a Trinitarian Christian, then you need to ask yourself the question, “Why would an already God the Son, who is fully God in the eternity past, need to be SANCTIFIED before God SENT His Only begotten Son down from heaven into the world to me manifested or incarnated as flesh?”
For you see, Trinitarian Christians teach that God the Father SENT God the Son into the world to be incarnated or manifested in the flesh.
And some former Trinitarian Christians, who still cling to some of the teachings of a Trinity Godhead, argue that the Son of God had to have been BEGOTTEN in the eternity past.
In their minds, they cannot see how God could SENT His Son unless the Son already existed in the eternity past.
In other words, they refuse the Biblical Unitarian understanding that God sent His HUMAN Son OUT into the world, because they have been dogmatically taught that God HIMSELF manifested HIMSELF in the flesh.
But that is NOT what 1 Timothy 3:16 says. Let us go ahead and read 1 Timothy 3:16 before we read where Jesus was SANCTIFIED in John 10:36.
1 Timothy 3:16.
“And without controversy great is the mystery of GODLINESS: God was manifest in the flesh, JUSTIFIED in the Spirit, SEEN of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, RECEIVED up into GLORY.”
First of all, there is much evidence in the earlier manuscripts that the Greek word “theos” was ADDED to LATER manuscripts, but only a LITTLE at a time by adding one greek letter to make it look like an abbreviation of the Greek word “theos”.
You can read the article from another website called “The True meaning of 1 Timothy 3:16”, later.
But for now, let us ASSUME that the King James Version is correct, and the ADDING of the Greek word “theos” was God correcting His inspired Scripture.
WHY would God Himself need to be JUSTIFIED? The only TRUE God would NOT need to be justified, seen of angels, and found worthy to be RECEIVED UP INTO GLORY.
But “a” God whom Yahweh the Father SET on a THRONE over the earth to become a God under and subject to Him to replace Satan, the god of this present world, makes perfect sense.
In other words, Almighty God the Creator needed a FAITHFUL and TRUE WITNESS to JUDGE Lucifer and the fallen angels.
Thus, a HUMAN Son of God would indeed need to be JUSTIFIED and SEEN of angels to be found WORTHY to become a GOOD TRUTHFUL God under his God and Father/
So then, the Bible ITSELF actually teaches us that “a” God was manifest in the flesh, and NOT THE God Himself BECAME flesh as Trinitarian Christians “INTERPRET” 1 Timothy 3:16 to mean.
For you see, even in the tampered with manuscripts, that definite article “the” is NOT in any manuscript.
Plus, this verse does NOT say that God HIMSELF BECAME flesh.
The Greek word “translated” as manifest ALSO means manifestly DECLARED or made clearly KNOWN.
And Jesus DECLARED the name of Yahweh the Father and clearly made known that the Father in the ONLY TRUE God, according to John 17:1-3, John 1:18, and 1 John 5:20.
Now, let us go ahead and read John 10:36 so that you can see that the Son of God that was SENT into the world was the HUMAN Son of God and NOT a so-called pre-existing God to Son sent down from heaven into the earth to be manifested in the flesh.
John 10:36.
“Say you of him, whom the Father has SANCTIFIED, and SENT into the world, You blaspheme; because I said, I am the Son of God?”
In this same CONTEXT in John 10:30, Jesus said, “I and my Father are ONE”.
Then the Jews took up stones to stone Jesus. And both Trinitarian and Oneness Pentecostal Christians “interpret” John 10:30 to mean that Jesus is saying that he is the ONE TRUE God Himself by saying that he is ONE with the Father whom we all agree is the Almighty God.
Please read John 10:30-33.
“I and my Father are ONE.
John 10:31. Then the Jews took up stones AGAIN to stone him. (So, this is not the ONLY thing that Jesus said, which caused the unbelieving Jews to pick up stones to stone Jesus)
John 10:32. Jesus ANSWERED them, (Or Jesus DEFENDED himself by explaining what he intended his words to mean when he said, I and my Father are ONE) Many good works have I shown you FROM my Father; (In other words, Jesus tells the unbelieving Jews the same thing that Jesus told his disciples in John 14:10.
Jesus is saying, the works I do are FROM my Father, it is Almighty God the Father who DWELLS in me, who is the one who did the many good works.
The Son can do NOTHING of himself. I am only obeying my God and Father) for which of those works do you stone me?
John 10:33. The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for BLASPHEMY; and because that you, being a MAN, make yourself God.”
Now, I want you to THINK about the Jews NOT STONING Jesus. But rather, they DROPPED the stones back on the ground.
Yes, I know that it does not specifically say, “they dropped the stones” after Jesus explained to the Jews that it was the Father doing the works.
But you see, in John 10:39 the Jews sought yet AGAIN to take Jesus.
Now if they still had the stones in their hands, then they would have stoned Jesus right then and there.
My point is that Jesus did not LIE and the Jews who DID believe, did NOT believe that Jesus was making himself to be God in John 10:30-33.
And, in truth, AFTER Jesus explained himself, even the unbelieving Jesus did not CONTINUE to believe that Jesus intended his words to mean that he was making himself to be God. Otherwise, they would have already stoned Jesus.
So then, what else happened in John 10:33-42 that caused the unbelieving Jews to want the kill Jesus AGAIN in verse 39?
Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture along with verse 33.
John 10:33-42.
“The Jews ANSWERED him, (Or Jesus DEFENDED himself) saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a MAN, make yourself God. (Or you make yourself having the authority of “a” god and NOT making yourself to be Almighty God Himself)
John 10:34. Jesus ANSWERED them, (Or Jesus DEFENDED himself from the false accusation that he was making himself to be God) Is it not written in your law, I said, You are gods?
John 10:35. If He called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, (Jesus in quoting or referring to Psalm 82:1-8, which we will cover in another chapter of this book.
But for now, I want to focus on what Jesus himself INTEND his words to mean when he said that he is the Son of God and that the Father SENT him into the world) and the Scripture cannot be broken.
John 10:36. Say you of him, whom the Father has SANCTIFIED, and SENT into the world, you BLASPHEME; because I said, I am the Son of God? (In other words, Jesus is saying, WHAT? You are accusing me of BLASPHEMING God simply because I said that I am the Son of God?
Then Jesus EXPLAINS some more concerning what he himself MEANS by saying that he is the Son of God)
John 10:37. If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. (Or if I do NOT obey my God and Father to do the works that He tells me to do, then do not believe that I am the Son of God.
For you see, in John 8:40-45, Jesus tells the Jesus that they are of their father the DEVIL, because they want to KILL him.
And the Jews argue that they have one Father who is God. So is was NOT because Jesus called Almighty God his Father seeing that the Jew ALSO called Almighty God their Father as well.
And why would Jesus quote Psalm 82:6 if he intended his words to mean that he is Almighty God Himself or some so-called God the Son himself.
No! Jesus would not lie. I believe that Jesus INTENDED his words to mean that God PROPHESIED that he would be made “a” God under and subject to his God and Father)
John 10:38. But if I do, though you believe not me, believe the works: that you may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
John 10:39. Therefore, (Or for the very reason that Jesus said that the Father is in him and that he is in the Father was WHY) they sought AGAIN to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,
John 10:40. And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
John 10:41. And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spoke of this MAN were true.
John 10:42. And MANY believed on him there.”
Notice that after Jesus escaped from being stoned to death by the unbelieving Jews, that he went back to the place where he was SANCTIFIED and SENT into the world.
And MANY of John’s disciples BELIEVED in Jesus as a MAN who was APPROVED by God though the WORKS that God did through His ANOINTED human Son.
For you see, the words that Jesus spoke in John 10:36-38 PROVE beyond any shadow of a doubt that the phrase, “I am the Son of God” means the ANOINTED human Son of God.
Let me explain why I say this. The Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us in 1 Corinthians 3:16,17 that we who believe in Jesus are the TEMPLE of God and that God DWELLS in us and that we DWELL in God.
Let us go ahead and read 1 John 4:12-17, which to me shows this truth that God is in us and that we are in God the SAME as God was in His Son, Jesus, and Jesus was in God more clearly.
1 John 4:12-17.
“No man has seen God at any time. (But yet many men have SEEN Jesus even after God highly exalted and GLORIFIED His human Son.
And thus, Jesus cannot be that SAME BEING as God. But rather, according to 2 Corinthians 5:18-21, and many other passages of Scripture, God DWELT in the Son of MAN, Jesus, the HUMAN ANOINTED Son of God.
And that is HOW God is WITH us in Matthew 1:23, Emmanuel) If we love one another, God dwells in us, and His love is perfected in us.
1 John 4:13. Hereby know we that we dwell in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
1 John 4:14. And we have seen and do testify that the Father SENT the Son to be the Savior of the world. (And, according the Acts 5:29-33 and Acts 2:36, the Son of God did not actually BECOME Lord, Prince, and Savior until AFTER his god and Father EXALTED him after the cross and resurrection.
So, it was the HUMAN Son of God who was SENT to be the Savior of the world and NOT a so-called pre-existing God the Son sent down from heaven to be the Savior of the world.
And again, the Greek word “apostellō” means to send out into the world. The LITERAL translation says the Father COMMISSIONED the Son.
And the word “commission” means to GIVE power and authority to someone to accomplish the task that they are given to do.
So why would an already God the Son from all eternity past need to be GIVEN power and authority by his God and Father, if it was true that God sent His ONLY BEGOTTEN Son down from heaven to become flesh?)
1 John 4:15. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him, and he in God. (So then, the fact that Jesus was in the father and the Father was in him does NOT prove that Jesus is Yahweh Himself in the God.
The teaching that God BECAME flesh is NOT taught in the Bible itself)
1 John 4:16. And we have known and believed the love that God has to us. God is love; and he that dwells in love dwells in God, and God in him.
1 John 4:17. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”
In other words, WE are the ANOINTED sons of God SANCTIFIED by the word of TRUTH to become the ADOPTED human SONS of God just as the Son of MAN, Jesus, was SANCTIFIED by the Father and SENT into the world.
The very day that Jesus OBEYED his God and Father to be baptized by John the Baptist was the day that God SENT His Son INTO the world.
For you see, you only have two ways to interprets John 10:36, whom the Father SANCTIFIED and SENT into the world.
#1. God the Father SANCTIFIED the so-called pre-existing God the Son BEFORE God SENT God the Son down from heaven and the earth INTO the world.
#2. Almighty God, the Father SANCTIFIED His HUMAN Son right before God SENT His Son INTO the world to begin his ministry.
And when you look up the meaning of the Greek word “apostellō”, which means to send OUT, to set apart, and to set at liberty, then interpretation number two is by far the sound Biblical meaning of the Son of God being SENT into the world.
Also, the LITERAL translation of John 3:17, God SENT His only begotten Son reads, God COMMISSIONS His only begotten Son.
And the word “commission” means to give POWER and AUTHORITY to someone to accomplish the task that they are given to do.
In other words, it is the act of Almighty God the Father COMMITTING a responsibility to the Son of MAN, Jesus, BECAUSE he is the Son of MAN.
But the Son of God was NOT given ALL power and authority UNTIL AFTER the cross and resurrection, according to Matthew 28:18, Romans 1:3,4, John 5:26,27, and many other verses of Scripture.
And it was at the BAPTISM of Jesus by John the Baptist that Jesus was COMMISSIONED by the Father to go INTO the world to FINISH the work of Almighty God that his God and Father ANOINTED His human Son to accomplish.
In other words, the Son of MAN, Jesus, was BEGOTTEN by God to BECOME God’s SON, the ONLY BEGOTTEN Son, at his BAPTISM.
To say this another ways, Jesus was BORN-AGAIN when he obeyed his God and Father to be baptized by John the Baptist for the remission of sins.
So please be sure to read chapter 3 called “Matthew 3:1-17 WHY Was Jesus Baptized?”

And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
