CTTI - Llocs de Treball

Project Description

A solution developed on top of the standard product of BMC Remedy, integrating with On-Premise Openshift Container Platform services. The solution focuses on helping public employees of CTTI to automate part of the manual work they have to do, improving their time and optimizing data and results. 

What I've done

• Define and document the as-is scenario.

• Define and document the to-be architecture.

• Ellaborate a phased estimation in order to implement the migration to the new solution.

• Lead the technical team (Front - Vue.js and Back - Node.js) and develop some microservices. 

• Developed and deployed several artifacts at IBM Openshift, using the CTTI pipelines system.

• Understand data models provided by BMC Remedy in order to build on top of this definition.

• Integrated the platform with other CTTI tools and systems via file and API.

• Participate on recurrent follow-up sessions with customer and report progress, status and technical advice.
