Project Description

Evaluated the mobile maturity of the company and the current mobile capabilities, helping the company to define a mobile strategy and making some recommendations about mobile platforms and tools to be implemented in the next months.

Also, an architectural roadmap was defined, based on the available resources, including mobile app improvements for the current apps, focused on security, performance, and analytics.

What I've done

• Ellaborated the mobile maturity assessment and the mobile capabilities study.

• Generated a report with technologies, tools, frameworks and products recommendation.

• Defined the mobile strategy, the application development roadmap and the reference architecture.

• Presented the solution to the maximum bank IT leaders with success.
