Fútbol Club Barcelona Tickets

Project Description

This app has been developed by a mixed-team which includes people from IBM and Viewnext. The FC Barcelona Tickets mobile application is a useful tool for club fans who want to keep track of their tickets. The application can be downloaded on mobile devices and is used to enter the stadium facilities. 

The application allows users to enter attendee details, transfer tickets, view seats, and more. Tickets are only available through the application, so it is important to have it downloaded before arriving at the stadium. 

The application also allows users to transfer tickets via email and modify attendee details. The ticket information is fully tracked using IBM's Blockchain technology.

The application is available on both iOS and Android .

What I've done

• Defined the architectural solution for the whole system.

• Included integration with Firebase Crashlytics in order to track end user issues.

• Integrated with Salesforce ID for implementing a passwordless flow and with Salesforce Marketing for customer communications and notifications.

• Integrated with AWS S3 services for content display.

• Integrated with FCB ticketing backends, hosted at AWS.

• Implemented app functionalities and deployed to Azure Redhat Openshift Container Plaftform (ARO).

• Integrated with IBM Blockchain services.

• Collaborated with the Android and iOS development and design teams.

• Defined the APIs which support the mobile application.

• Defined and designed security mechanisms.

• Participated on recurrent follow-up sessions with customer and report progress, status and technical advice.
