Project Description

Mobile, offline and hybrid app built with SAP UI5 components, SAP Kapsel libraries and built with Cordova. This application makes usage of the SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 for monitoring and security purposes. This project received the SAP Bronze award in 2015, in the innovation category. Customer named this project internally as "CAROL" (Control de Albaranes y Registro On Line), and the app gives to users working on site the following features:

• Navigate between different sites for checking site information.

• Get delivery notes and details for specific sites.

• Create a new delivery note by filling data with the app.

• Scan barcodes or QR codes for filling some fields automatically.

• Offline capabilities.

• Materials, products and vendors search within the app.

• Take pictures to be attached to the delivery note.

What I've done

• Defined the architectural solution.

• Collaborated on app design.

• Participated on recurrent follow-up sessions with customer and report progress, status and technical advice.

• Developed the OData API and deployed to SAP Netweaver Gateway.

• Developed the backend logic, including both ABAP functions and database model.
