Since its founding in 1915, the Order of the Arrow has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. As Scouting's National Honor Society, the OA provides service, activities, adventures, and training that are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America's youth.

Want to become an active member of the lodge? Have an idea you want to share or have your voice be heard? There is no better way to become involved in Madockawanda Lodge than to join a committee. The various committees are what makes our lodge function throughout the year, and they are always open for recruitment.
The OA Unit Representative program is designed to help keep communication and a strong relationship between the Order of the Arrow and the unit. Each troop with Arrowmen should appoint a youth to serve as their representative. Adult Arrowmen who are Assistant Scoutmasters, and at least 21 years of age may serve as an “OA Unit Representative Adviser”.
Join us at the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) next summer for a week unlike anything you've ever experienced before. Rivaled only by the National Scout Jamboree, NOAC is the national event for the Order of the Arrow, where thousands of Arrowmen from across the globe gather- all who share the same dedication to life of cheerful service.
