Service Reporting

If you have completed a service project that benefits others through a community, troop, council, or camp-based event please fill out this form to have your service hours counted as part of our lodge. Lodge-based service should not be submitted, the lodge takes care of this at events. However, service completed at chapter meetings should be reported here.
