Once the charges have been added an officer should enter the title of the report using the following format: [OFFENCES] - [SUSPECTS SURNAME] - [dd/mm/yyyy]
The final step in creating a report is to fill out the details section. This should be done by using the following Template:

Officers will often have to look up arrest warrants relating to individuals to do this an officer should select the "ARREST WARRANTS" tab in the navigation bar.
Once on the warrants page, an officer may search through the list of warrens or type the name of an individual into the search bar.
If an officer wants to know more information about a warrant they can click on that warrant and this will display more detail about it as well as giving them the option to 'action' the warrant should the suspect have been arrested.
If an officer witnesses a crime or has a crime reported to them and they cannot take action on it at the time then they may create an arrest warrant.
To create an arrest warrant an officer should navigate to the "ARREST WARRANT" tab on the navigation menu. scroll the bottom and select "NEW WARRANT"
Once an officer has done this they should search for the suspect's name using the box in the right panel and then click on that name to add them to the warrant.
The Person search box will then be replaced by a list of possible charges. An officer can search through these and add the relevant charges. (NOTE: only add one of each charge for example if a suspect has assaulted multiple people an officer should only add 1 charge of assault)
Once the charges have been added an officer should enter the title of the warrants using the following format: [MOST SERIOUS OFFENCE] - [SUSPECTS SURNAME]
Finally, an officer should fill out the details tab with enough information and all available evidence so that if the suspect is arrested the arresting officer and anyone else who reads the report can understand what has happened and how this suspect has been identified.
