The Officer you're observing must conduct a full and lawful arrest of a suspect containing all elements required by S24 Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

You should be able to arrest a suspect when it is required, this includes the arrest being lawful as well as containing all elements required by Section 24 Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

Although it is desired that you're able to conduct this independently, you may request assistance from other officers if needed.

Don't forget you will need the 'when questioned' caution, use your Cheat Sheet if you require some help.

You will need to inform the suspect of their custody rights, you will also need to take their fingerprints (see fingerprint training) and take a new PNC image if required.

You will need to call Gruppe6 down to the custody suite and handover your suspect for transport, you will hand over details verbally and confirm them in a dispatch to the Gruppe6 favourite on your mobile in the following format <ReportID | Suspect Name | Month(s)>.

You will need to book someone into prison at Bolingbrook. To do this you will need to fill out all aspects of the booking in form so that Gruppe6 know who is in their custody.

Don't forget to offer some Food and Drink before processing the booking.
