Weekly time commitment: 3-5 hours (including meetings)

Duties of this role are as follows:

• • Plan budget for each portfolio according to past financial reports 

  • Input grants and subsidies from Qualtrics to excel forms

  • Support financial coordinator with budget planning for portfolios 

  • Attend general council meetings biweekly 

  • Assist VP Finance in creating financial reports with full transparency each term
