Associate VP External (1)

The role of the Associate Vice-President External is to support the Vice-President External in their duties and acting as a liaison between the LFS|US and its affiliated clubs.
Duties of this role are as follows:
Assist the Vice-President External in overviewing the tasks of the portfolio members
Attend weekly external portfolio meetings, or drop in on the individual case competitions and partnerships meetings every other week
Recommendation: go to every single meeting as coordinators also rely on you to have accurate, up-to-date information
Check in with portfolio members to see if anyone needs support with their tasks
Assist the VP External in planning portfolio socials
Take over the duties of the club's commissioner/outreach coordinator
Act as a liaison between LFS|US and LFS-affiliated clubs by providing consistent communication with each club through meetings or email
Ensure all the external clubs' questions/concerns are taken care of
Manage the Clubs Grants that was implemented this year
At the beginning of the year send an email confirming the club's status as an LFS|US affiliated club and confirm exec list to see how many execs are in LFS and set up a meeting with each head of the club
Attend weekly general council meetings and drop in on the External Relations meetings and Case Competition Planning meetings
Volunteer at events hosted by LFS|US: LFS Week, Career Month, Wednesday Night Dinners, etc.
Case Competition Coordinator (5)

Weekly time commitment: 3-5 hours (including meetings)
The role of the Case Competition Coordinators is to organize the LFS-centered case competitions.
Duties of this role are as follows:
Organize two LFS|US case competitions by coordinating venue (if in-person), catering, mentors, judges, keynote speakers, promotional needs, and budgeting
Attend weekly case competition meetings with the VP External and the AVP External
Manage the financial budget for all event logistics: gifts, prizes, food, venue, etc.
Possibly attend interfaculty meetings if they are planning an interfaculty case competition
Liaise with the Communications portfolio to create promotional plans for case competitions
Attend bi-weekly general council meetings and Case Competition Planning meetings
Volunteer at events hosted by LFS|US: LFS Week, Career Month, Wednesday Night Dinners, etc.
Partnerships and Benefits Coordinator (4)

The role of the Student Benefits Program & Partnerships Coordinators is to launch and develop the Student Benefits Program and provide partnerships for LFS|US run events., The student benefits program will provide business and retail deals and discounts to LFS students.
Duties of this role are as follows:
Maintain and improve the Reggie Rewards Student Benefits Program
Obtain year-long discounts for students
Resign Memorandum of Understandings with each participating company before they expire
Attend weekly external or partnership meetings with the VP External and the AVP External
Manage sponsorships for other portfolios’ events
Attend bi-weekly general council meetings and weekly External Relations meetings
Volunteer at events hosted by LFS|US: LFS Week, Career Month, Wednesday Night Dinners, etc.
