Volunteer

If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to look around this website to familiarize yourself with who Dr. Rytter is and the different paid positions that she has to offer. This will help you learn how capable Dr. Rytter actually is with all of her alternative abilities in spite of having a physical disability.

The primary purpose to have volunteers is to increase the likelihood that Dr. Rytter is able to pursue what she wants in life, which is completely different from coming in and improving her life. Trying to improve her life only takes away from her own happiness, ability to work, and sense of herself. If you want to better her life according to your perspective of betterment, please don't apply to be one of Dr. Rytter's volunteers.

To maintain a safe and cohesive team, all volunteers need to pass a criminal background check and follow Dr. Rytter's staffing guidelines. We realize that such requirements may seem daunting and/or unreasonable to expect from a volunteer, but having everyone on the same page dramatically decreases the amount of confusion, frustration, and possible resentment. Dr. Rytter does her best to create a cohesive support team for herself that offers people unique opportunities.
