Who Should Apply

Dr. Rytter has had a wide variety of people work for her; different religions, from different countries, from the LGBTQ community, mothers and father, extroverts and introverts. However, the most important quality is the ability to enable Dr. Rytter to live her own life how she chooses, which takes professional boundaries. With that said, Dr. Rytter and her support staff still are friendly without becoming friends. Within this space and respect, she has achieved so many things, such as a doctorate in developmental psychology at the University of Washington, creating her own business, www.4uniqueperspective.com, writing her biography called People Who Raised Me Beyond, co-teaching a class at the University of New Mexico, and many other things.

If you think you can improve her life by having her do what you enjoy, you may want a friendship, and this job may not be for you. This job is about empowering Dr. Rytter to be exactly who she was meant to be in spite of her need for assistance in some areas. We all need that kind of freedom!
