コナラの木を枯らすカシノナガキクイムシの被害が、この森でも出ています。

このままでは、森からドングリがなくなってしまうのではないか。

苗を育てて、移植すればどうか。それとも自然に任せるべきか。何をどうすればいいのか。

This forest is also suffering damage from the oak beetle “KASHINONAGA KIKUIMUSHI” that kills the KONARA oak trees. In this situation, the acorns will disappear from the forest.

静かに覚める 2020-2021

この森に入り、緑色の空気に包まれて見上げると、大きな樹々が鬱蒼としています。でも、ふと足もとを見ると、フカフカの栄養満点そうな土がありました。土の中の微生物、昆虫の卵、植物の種。

そのうちに、覚めるかも知れないので、プラスチック容器に入れて観察してみることにしました。

昆虫は、目覚めて、どこかに行ってしまうかも。種は、芽をだして、そのうちに枯れてしまうかも。

土の採取日：　2020年8月、2021年4月 ◆素材：プラスチック容器、森の土

Waking up quietly 2020-2021

When you enter the forest and look up at the green canopy, the largest trees dominate your vision. However, looking at your feet, you find soil that seems to be fluffy and nutritious. Microorganisms, insect eggs, and plant seeds are dormant in the soil.

Thinking it might awaken soon, I put some soil into plastic containers to observe it.

Insects may wake up and go somewhere. The seeds may sprout, grow, and die over time.
