HTPP is a spoken word performance with light, comic approach to the subject. I talk about the need of getting rid of mental constructs as well as metabolic products and energetic leftovers. I deal with it in a funny, distanced way. I talk about healthy body and healthy mind and how to keep it that way.In the latter part of the performance I share a story from ayahuasca experience in Brazil that was great inspiration for this action. Organic decay, decomposition, digested matter relates to death and humans greatest fear of dying. It is liberating to see it as natural way and inevitable part of the cycle of life. This performance is an affirmation of life.
