Brewery
Brewery is a plugin for brewing of alcoholic drinks.
The somewhat difficult brewing process rewards you with a diversity of Potions, which, through their effects, cause you to actually become drunk.
Learn the art of brewing through fermenting, distilling and barrel aging. Β Experience how, from spring water and wheat, through hard work, a cool beer is created. Distill high-proof liquor, which gets that unique taste after some aging in oak barrels. Celebrate the biggest feasts you can imagine and always keep the cheerful atmosphere. Fill the taverns with laughter and loud music, while the drunkards scuffle on the streets.
Features
Brew alcoholic drinks, that actually can make you drunk.
Drunk people will stagger around, receive a nausea de-buff, not be able to talk properly in chat,Β throw up and more.
Lower quality brewed drinks have downsides and debuffs.

γ Fermenting γΒ
Step one of the brewing process is fermenting the ingredients to use later on in the brewing process.
How to ferment:Β
Put a cauldron over a campfire.
Fill the cauldron with water.
Add the ingredients you would like to ferment by right-clicking on the cauldron.
Wait until the fermenting is complete, fermenting times may vary with different ingredients.
Right click on the cauldron to fill glass bottles with the fermented ingredients.
Note: You can find out how long the ingredients have been fermenting by right clicking on the cauldron with a clock in your hand.
γ Distilling γΒ
Step two of the brewing process is distilling the bottle on ingredients for step one. Keep in mind that not all recipes require distilling!
Brewing stand with filter and bottles.
How to Distill:
Put the bottle with fermented ingredients into a brewing stand.
Add glowstone dust as filter into the brewing stand. The glowstone dust will not be consumed.
Wait until the bottle of ingredients has finished distilling and remove it from the brewing stand. It is now ready for the next step.
γ Aging γΒ
Aging is the third and final step in brewing alcohol. You must use a barrel to do this.
Putting brew inside a barrel to age.
How to Age:
Open the barrel by right clicking on it.
Transfer the brews you would like to age into the barrel.
Β Wait for the brew to finish aging. (Every minecraft day is considered 1 year for aging)
Take the brew out, it will now be ready to drink!
Barrel Types:
Minecraft Barrel | 6 Slots
Can be used for aging brews that don't require a specific barrel type, such as Beer, wine and apple cider or for those that require the barrel type oak as the minecraft barrel is considered an oak barrel. Just craft the minecraft barrel, put it down whenever you want and right click to place the brews you want to age inside.
Small Barrel | 9 Slots
This barrel consists of 8 wooden stairs arranged in the shape of a barrel like the picture to the left. When done, place a sign on the lower right stair and write 'Barrel' on the top line. You should get a message saying 'Barrel created' if successful. You can then right click the barrel and place your brews inside.
Big Barrel | 27 Slots
This barrel is made with four fences as the 'legs', 16 wooden stairs and 18 wood planks to build the body and another fence attached to the middle front block as a Spigot. You can see an image of the barrel to the left for reference. Once built, you should place a sign with 'barrel' written on the top line on the very top middle block on the front of the barrel. You should get a message saying 'barrel created' if successful. You can then right click the barrel and place your brews inside. Once created, the big barrel can have it's sign removed and still be functional.
Barrel Materials:
You may make barrels out of any wood. The barrels need to be all one type of wood to work.
γ Drinking and Sobering up γΒ
Drinking:
The alcohol content inside the Brew will be applied to the player when drinking. It may have different effects depending on the quality, such as:
Not being able to walk straight.
Blindness, nausea, confusion and poison.
Varying levels of speech impediment, ranging from silly and barely noticeable, to incomprehensible.
Very strong alcohol could have damaging or poisonous effects.
Throwing up.
Note: You can use /brew info to check how drunk you are and /brew info [playername] allows you to check how drunk others are.
Getting sober:
There are a coupleΒ of ways to sober up:
Consuming bread or drinking milk.
Waiting over time. Alcohol level steadily decreases over time and eventually the effects of drunkenness will be completely gone.
