How do I cancel my order?
How to Cancel an Online Order
It’s easy. Here’s what you need to do.
If you’ve signed in to your account:
Go to the Order Details page in your My Account section.
Click on the order from which you want to cancel products.
Select the specific products you wish to cancel.
Click ‘Cancel selected items’.
That’s it! You’re done.
If you’re a guest user:
Call us on 22524250 and we'll help you cancel your order.
Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive and refuse to accept the delivery.
How to Cancel an In-Store Order:
The agent will stop the delivery and raise a CRM to move the order to DTBC, and advise the customer to visit the store after 48 hours
Step 1: Visit the Store
Go to the same branch where you placed the order
Bring your receipt or order confirmation
Step 2: Speak to the Store Team
Ask for the customer service desk or a store associate
Provide your:
Order number / receipt
Contact details used at time of purchase
Step 3: Request Cancellation
The team will check the order status
If the order has not been processed or dispatched, they will cancel it for you
the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 21 working days
