Excessive soiling and staining of material as a result of improper use.

Any breakage of the construction frame as a result of improper use.

Any defect found as a result of wrong assembly by non-Home Centre personnel.

Any defects found as a result of the placement of the product in an outdoor setting or in a humid environment.

Fabric tearing, pilling, fading, or shrinkage caused by placing the product in direct sunlight.

Crushing, shading, and the appearance of marks on a velvet-finished fabric are considered to be its characteristics and not defects.

Any kind of water, alcohol, or liquid damage to the fabric, as well as electric components wherever applicable.

Any defects found as a result of improper cleaning methods being used.

Normal wear and tear.
