What is not covered?

Excessive soiling and staining of material as a result of improper use.

Any damage as a result of improper storage or installation, i.e., if there is a mismatch between the size of the mattress and the size of the bed base.

Any changes in the structure as a result of normal wear and tear. Any sagging up to 20 mm.

Any defects found as a result of the placement of the product in an outdoor setting or in a humid environment.

Any defects found as a result of improper cleaning methods being used.

Tearing of fabric, pilling, fading, or shrinking caused by the placement of the product in direct sunlight.

Any kind of water, alcohol, or liquid damage to the fabric, as well as electric components wherever applicable.
